My name is Kurt and I am a YOR Health 8 Week Challenger!

I started of my weight loss journey at 67.3kg. Now this might not seem like much for a guy, but at my height I was struggling to really have any confidence with my body. I would often wear loose and baggy clothing to hide my stomach and tuck my shirt in whilst dancing so no one could see my body.

I would even spend most of my time at home covered up in many layers to hide my embarrassing body - from myself. I was so ashamed I didn't even want to see my own body. You know that you're really unsatisfied with your image when you can't even go topless when you're by yourself in your room.

I was lucky enough to have one of my bear friends encourage my to do the challenge and it was from that point I was given my power back - the power to make a change in my life!

From the time I started to 8 week challenge on the sculpt set, I was immediately taking the products daily, with a lot of shakes in between to keep my energy up! Within the first week it had lost 2kg and then 2kg the following. My fat was literally melting off and leaving behind a YOR Health 8 week challenge body!

For the first time in about 6 years I can proudly say that I have a body I am proud to show off, and with the YOR Shakes I have definitely been able to controls cravings for ice creams and dessert because they taste so nice!

It's unbelievably empowering knowing that I can look at myself in the mirror and have confidence in myself again. I find myself standing a little taller, not because I magically grew, but because I am that much prouder of what I have accomplished through the YOR Health 8 week challenge!

I will definitely do another and keep on sharing the YOR Health 8 week challenge! Now bring on Summer!
