I had a pretty rough start to 2014. I lost my job and was left to little to no income. Struggling to find a job, it led to me feeling down a lot of the time. Fighting depression, my health, mood and good eating habits declined. I decided to turn to the 8 week challenge to give myself a sorts of distraction; something to strive for, as something positive to get myself back on the right track.
I couldn't get as much products as I wanted, but I used the MRP, complete burn, YOR fiber and digestive enzymes to help me along my challenge. I credit the digestive enzymes for bringing down my stomach size and helping my body eliminate better. The MRP helped me with calorie control and aided my attempts to eat cleaner. The complete burn helped me with energy and burning more calories, throughout the day and during workouts. During the challenge I exercised 4-5 times a week, and walked to and from the gym (2 miles each way). Even with the setbacks of my birthday parties, I was able to bounce back nicely thanks to the products.
After I took my three week progress pictures, I was really happy with the improvements I made. Especially near the end of my challenge, the changes I saw in my body and mood were a pleasant surprise.
