El desafio es una de las cosas que hizo cambiar mi vida en una forma radical para bien, la verdad siempre a sido muy dificil que baje de peso por un medicamento que me subministraban desde muy niña, eso hacia que mi metabolismo avanzara muy lentamente. apesar dietas, ejercicios, tés, chochos o lo que sea que encontraba para yudarme adelgazar, JAMAS lo lograba, no por lo menos hasta que llego a mi vida Yor Health. desde que empeze con el reto he bajado 8 libras ayudado a principalmente con los productos, comida balanceada y y ejercicio, ha sido completamente diferente a lo que habia probado anteriormente ya que para empezar las malteadas y la fibra que me tomo de Yor son deliciosas, y los digestivos me han ayudado en aquellos pecaditos que uno comete de vez en cuando :D, claro con constacia y sin ser nada dificil voy lograndolo poco a poco con mas animos de seguir adelante y con muchas ganas de ayudar a otros que como yo lo necesitamos y lo queremos.
