Tengo diabetes y alta presion y mi doctor me recomendo bajar de peso y hacer alguna actividad fisica para mejorar mi salud. Mi peso inicial era 158 y al final de las 8 semanas llegue a 142 libras baje 16 libras en total pero mas que todo gane salud mi niveles de azucar en la sangre bajaron muchisimo.
