This has been such a life changing experience. At 48yrs of age I decided I needed to improve my overall health and well being, not only for myself but as an inspiration for my family. I was introduced to the YOR health products by my niece(thank you Marlene Tagilao) who also helped train me. Being a night shift worker the YOR health app was also great as it allowed me to adjust my schedule around my sleeping pattern.
My regimen consisted of taking 1 YOR probiotic when I wake up, 1 scoop of YOR super greens, 2 scoops of YOR fibre and 1 satchet of berry blast mixed with water a couple of hours later. I also take 1 YOR digest, 2 YOR vitamins with my meals. I sometimes included a YOR protein shake mixed with fresh fruit to help keep me sustained.

I have never been a gym junkie and hadn't done anything remotely strenuous since my teenage years. Now my weekly output includes 3 sessions of bootcamp training, 3 sessions of weighted isolation training, 1 day rest with 4 of these completed before I start my nightshift job. My goal was to get to my target weight of 85kg. My final weight coming in at 85.9kg. Am I disappointed? Hardly. There may not be a huge physical difference(in the photos),but I know there is inside me.
I have lost a combined 20cm from my waist and stomach area giving me a new problem, buying clothes that fit as everything is now too big!!
The new found energy I have from taking the products and increased enthusiasm to train harder and longer more than compensates for the short fall.
