Hello, My name is Zie Lee. This is my second challenge; with the amazing products I was able to lose a total of 19 Lbs. in my first slim challenge. However, in this challenge I wanted to lose 6 Lbs. and tone out my core. Throughout my whole challenge I am consistent with using digestive enzymes, repair, probiotics, fiber, MRP, Supergreens, and complete burn. With my daily routine of having a mixture of MRP, Supergreens, and fiber as my breakfast; it had helped me with starting my day off with a light meal. For lunch I would eat a light meal with two to three depending on what I eat for lunch. Throughout the day I would snack on fruits, nuts and a supergreen drink. Then for dinner I would eat something light or trade off with MRP to end the day light. I would do my daily exercise every night to keep my body active. For exercise I would so cardio and lightweights. This challenge has helped me with my self-esteem and my health in general. I feel my active and alert than ever. I would remember before using the product after every meal I would have to take a nap right after I finished eating. These product has increases my awareness of my surroundings and myself. I’m one step closer to my ultimate goal and I can’t wait to enter again to full accomplish it!
