For this challenge, my focus was on achieving my best level of fitness. I feel I have taken the right steps towards achieving this throughout the challenge. I have reduced unhealthy eating habits and have been more consistent in maintaining healthier habits.
Throughout the challenge, I went to the gym on average 2-3 times a week, which I found I was able to be consistent with.
I used all the YOR Health products regularly.
For breakfast every day I had Supergreens, fibre, berry blast and YOR vanilla Mrp.
I had YOR essential vitamins with lunch and dinner, along with YOR digest with cooked or heavier meals.
Before bed I took my probiotic and repair ultra.
Being cold and flu season in Australia at the moment, I attribute my good health to the products. Since taking the products I have been able to avoid or reduce the length of those nasty colds I used to get on a regular basis.
