My before weight was around 175/176. My after weight is just a little under at 173.

I used almost all the products except the berry blast. For breakfast every morning I drink the MRP vanilla mixed with the super greens and some blueberries. I would take the enzymes and vitamins with lunch and dinner and my last meal before bed. I added a half a scoop of muscle fuel to my post workout protein shake, and I took 3 complete burn throughout the day during work. Before bed I would take my probiotic. I did all of this daily.

I exercised 6-7 days a week and this challenge impacted me greatly.. not just because of my results because I know I can do better.. but I was able to encourage my two friends who have been desperately wanting to lose weight. My one friend is in his 3rd week. However my other friend just completed her 2nd 8 week challenge and the products, combined with a diet I gave her and her persistent exercising she has been able to lose 33lbs so far, she still has more to go and is ready to do another one. So this challenge has empowered me to be a light to others who I know I can share these amazing products with along with my knowledge of healthy eating and lifestyle. I was once 220lbs when I started with yorhealth several years ago, within 4 months of starting the products I was down to 170, this was before the challenge but I documented it, and I have been around 170ish lbs since then, to varying degrees of body fat, but the products have been a blessing to me and my family and friends now! I love yor health and plan to share these products and healthy living with as many people who will listen.
