Cuando empecé este reto inicié pesando todavia sobre los 100 kilos, 102kg para ser exacto, ver mi peso de 3 cifras habia sido muy doloros para mi pero ahora ya estoy recuperando mi confianza por que mi peso ya es de 2 cifras y eso me pone muy feliz pero se que aun me falta confianza y autoestima que recuperar y se que voy por buen camino.
