I started my 8 week challenge a bit skeptical. But decided I'd give it my best. I stopped drinking coka cola. I'd wake up earlier than usual have yor supergreens and berryblast instead of coffee. Then start my work out. 5 mins jumping on trampoline. And about 30 mins on a complete gym set, followed by a 5 mins of boxing cardio along with some rocking music. (Music helps) ve I've got 4 energetic children so laziness in large doses was not an option. I'd still eat good food. about 9am I'd have breakfast which was either a homemade bacon n egg muffin or a bowl of museli. At lunch I tryed to stick to mainly carbs and protein. And take a yor digest ultra. I still had things to do around the house but in between chores I'd do a quick workout for about 15 mins maximum, I'd probably do about 4-6 quick workouts during the day. I walked my daughter to school and power walked back home. I tryed to mainly have white meat and heaps of veggies at dinner with another yor digest ultra. Earlier dinners and no sweets and no heavy food after 6 o'clock. If I got snacky late I'd have a carrot. I work at night cleaning for 4 hours. this was a good way of staying occupied and away from the fridge. I'd return home have 3-hours chill out time have a yor probiotic and lights out. I managed to maintain this routine for the first 2 weeks. I did slow down my excercizing for a while but when I excercized I increased the weight. After my little drop in enthusiasm I picked up the pace and focused more on my core. I participated in a door knock appeal. Purposely for charity and added excercize. In my second product order I added yor repair. At times I felt like slacking off. but support of good friends kept me in check. I'm feeling better about myself. Full of energy.
