Siempre a las 8 am tome los probioticos, Repair y vitaminas, despues el super greens mezclado con agua y/o jugo de manzana. En esta misma mezcla añadía fiber plus y la malteada de vainilla. A media mañana probaba alguna fruta en caso de tener hambre. La comida procuraba que fuera lo mas sana posible y acompañaba mis alimentos con agua de preferencia. La comida la acompañaba con Digest Ultra. A las 4 pm me tomaba el berry blast y por las noches salía a caminar de vez en cuando pero durante las 2 ultimas semanas del reto sali a caminar todos los días media hora. Mi cena estaba basada en la malteada de vainilla :)
Ahora que tengo esta rutina bien establecida y que me doy cuenta que los resultados fueron buenos me he decidido no solo a bajar mi peso si no a cuidar mas mi cuerpo y por que no, a participar en maratones por lo que estoy comenzando con una rutina especial para lograrlo.
