Having lived the fast life of excess for many years, I found myself physically, mentally, and spiritually out of shape. A number of dangerous situations in addition to expressed concern from family and friends helped me to realize, I had to make a change in my life. I knew that in order to realize a transformation, I would need to take extreme measures and be prepared to overcome great challenge.
I was familiar with YOR Health products as I had been taking them on and off for a couple of years despite my lifestyle. While I enjoyed the products (even enough to ship them all the way to Africa where I currently live), I never took them seriously nor consistently. It was through my use of the products and friends in the business that I found out about the YOR Best Body 8 Week Challenge.
As I was coming into my previously described "awakening," I felt the YOR Challenge could be exactly what I needed to focus my efforts and to leverage my desire to change my life and regain my health.
I was right! The past 8 weeks have been nothing short of amazing. I stopped my destructive behavior and put all of my focus into YOR Health, diet, and fitness. The result, I'm now in the best shape of my life having gone from 86 to 79 kilos and from 14% body fat to less than 8%. I feel my best, I look my best, and the other areas of my life which I value most have come into a beautiful balance.
Regardless of whether I win this competition, I am forever grateful for the challenge. I've taken my life back! The healthy, balanced, and inspired life I've been wanting for so long but until now could not achieve.
How I did it?
An intense cardio focused "boot camp" 3 times per week.
Morning HIIT 2 to 3 times per week.
Weight training 3 times per week.
Yoga 1 to 2 times per week.
