Hola, al igual que mi primer Reto, en peso bajé solo 2.5 Kgs, pero en talla si siento mucho la diferencia.
Me siento muy contenta y agradecida, ya que mi Salud ha mejorado mucho. Tengo mas energía, lo cual es importante para mi, ya que tengo un niño de casi 4 años y una nena de 7 meses.
Llevaba años queriendo bajar de peso y por fin lo estoy logrando con Yor Health. Tal vez mas despacio que otras personas, pero para mi es lo máximo. De no haber podido hacerlo en años, intentandolo de diferentes maneras, por fin el RETO me está dando la oportunidad de lograr el cuerpo y Salud que tanto quiero. MI autoestima se ha mejorado de una manera impresionante!
Mi rutina consta de probioticos y reparador al despertar, salir a caminar (los días que me era posible) y de regreso me tomaba mi MRP con fibra como desayuno. A las 2-3 hras me tomaba mi Supergreens con jugo de Cranberrie. A la hora de la comida mi Digest Ultra y Vitaminas. Y por la noche cenaba algo ligero acompañandolo una vez mas con Digest Ultra y Vitaminas.
