Llego un momento en que me vi a espejo y dije "tengo que hacer algo ya...!" No me gustó como me vehia en el espejo, como me quedaba mi ropa y como lucia mi piel. De pronto un amigo me invitó a hacer un reto de salud para ponerme en forma en 8 semanas.
