Hola buen día! Mi peso al iniciar el reto era de 73.5kg el cual siempre me fue muy difícil bajar de los 70kg aunque hiciera ejercicio o dietas, cn el reto logre llegar a los 68.5kg! Años que no me sucedia eso.
Mi día de reto comenzaba desde las 8 am me tomaba los probioticos, a las 9am al llegar a mi oficina me tomaba el súper green y como 9.30am desayunaba mi Yor RMP, la comida normal acompañada del ultra digest y a las 9 o 10 PM nuevamente mi Yor RMP y listo!!
Sinceramente yo no hice nada de ejercicio por que quería conocer en verdad el resultado de la combinación de todos los productos de Yor, por lo que esto supero mis expectativas cm un 200% jamas crei que tuviera tanto efecto y que ademas me disminuyera mis dolores de cabeza y la mala digestion!
