Hola mi nombre es Paloma tengo 34 anos y soy madre de 2 hijos, estoy muy feliz porque gracias a la plataforma del el reto de 8 semanas eh podido obtener el fisico que me gusta. Es una manera muy facil de hacerlo, solo introduciendo a tu alimentacion los productos de yorhealth y estar en contacto virtualmente con todos los participantes del yorbestbody te motiva a cotinuar cada dia a vivir saludable. Mi producto favorito es el MRP de chocolate, lo preparo frape todas las mañanas y los martes y jueves lo tomo despues de mi clase de ballet. Poco a poco veo como se van definiendo los músculos en mi cuerpo, pero lo que mas me gusta es que me mantiene en el peso que me gusta y mas que me ayuda a mi digestión ya que toda mi vida eh batallado con una mala digestión y se me inflama el abdomen despues de comer, gracias al NDS eh podido controlar esa inflamacion abdominal bastante bien.
