When I started my Best Body Challenge, I weighed 97Kg. During the 8 weeks, I was having a Chocolate MRP most mornings for breakfast. This was then followed after around an hour later by a Supergreen/Fibre/Berry Blast mixed with orange juice and water. I would take vitamins in the morning and have digest with my lunch and dinners. This combined with around 2-3 hours of boot camp per week allowed me to drop not only weight (4Kg to be precise) but also in size. During my challenge, I lost:
1cm on my arms
5cm from my waist
2cm from my chest
4.5cm around my bellybutton
3.5cm from my hips
2cm from my thighs.

All this makes a combined 18cm lost from my body in just 8 weeks.

This has made an improvement to my life by giving me more confidence in my appearance and by having energy to power through each day. Although my diet was VERY bad before I started this challenge, I have only made minor changes and plan to continue making small changes to achieve even greater results in my next challenge.
