Where to start!

For the 8 week best body challenge my goal was to generally feel healthier and put on muscle while reducing body fat.

This 8 week challenge has defiantly had a big impact on my health and now the way I look.

We'll I've always been passionate about bodybuilding and fitness, but with the busy life style that we all live I got slack with training at gym and slack with my nutrition which made a MASSIVE impact on my health, the way I feel everyday and my body was defiantly no where where it was...

Then I was introduced to YOR Health products and that's where everything started to change!!
Health wise I felt amazing within 1 week of being on these products! And my energy levels where threw the roof I had motivation and energy to go I the gym after work, even hitting the gym 5-6 days a week threw out this challenge! My body begin to change very soon after my health started to, doing exactly what I set out to do which was gain muscle and lose fat!

I would take 1 Yor probiotics pill and 3 Yor vitamins in the morning along with a Yor Super blast shake, which had 1scoop of Yor Super greens, 1 sachet of Yor Berry blast and 1 scoop of Yor Fibre mixed in a shaker with water. Then I would take 1 Yor Digest ultra pill with lunch. 1 scoop of Yor Supergreens mixed with Yor MRP shake straight after gym. And 1 Yor Digest ultra, 2 Yor repair ultra and 3 Yor vitamins with dinner.

These products have helped change my life to how I should feel everyday and a massive bonus getting my confidence back in my body and being on track to a better me everyday!!
