I'm not to happy with my result but i am taking responsibility for my result because i'm the one that slacked on myself. It was very difficult for me because i had two jobs and in my first job i was a cafeteria worker and we was allowed have lunch there. So before heading to my second job i used to eat a lot so i wont be hungry at my other job. But what i was doing i was hurting myself because wasn't eating the way that i was supposed to. So one of the reason why i stopped working at the cafeteria is because i didn't have self control over the food. I felt that if i left the cafeteria job that i would gain more control over my eating habits. So it's been three weeks since i last worked at the cafeteria. I have been more active and i do eat breakfast,lunch and dinner. I also snack between. I have been taking super green with fiber, probiotic and complete. I also ride my bike 6 miles a day total round trip. I also been working out a little. But most of all i have been eating healthy again. Yes i did not drop lb i gained. I was very ashamed to even post my after pic but i needed to be emotionally honest with myself and everyone else. So now for my third cycle i owe to myself to keep up with my healthy eating habits and staying active with regular workouts.I will continue to workout and ride bike. I am very grateful to be part of the challenge because i get motivated by seeing people like myself accomplish their health goal.
