Cuando una buena amiga me invito a probar el reto, yo pesaba 78 kilos. Iba con una buena nutrióloga, sin embargo la dieta me canso al séptimo mes. Al hacer el reto pude comer de todo sin restricciones , fui 4 veces a la semana al gym. Aumente 5 kilos de músculo, me defini. Ahora mi nutrióloga quiere consumirlo.
