Before I started the YOR BESTBODY 8 week challenge I let my everyday life and activities really consume me. First it was thanksgiving where I felt like the stuffed turkey, then my wedding on 12/1/12, then my son's birthday 12/23/12, then Christmas 12/25/12, followed by the New Year 1/1/13. After the 2-3 month binge of just eating whatever I wanted with zero exercise I was in terrible shape. My arms looked and felt like wet noodles dangling from my unimpressive torso. Since enrolling in the 8 week challenge it gave me motivation and made me more mindful of the things I was eating. I've starting exercising regularly and have gone from a mere 157lbs to 169 lbs over the course of these 8 weeks. My wife says I look better now than I ever have and I feel fantastic. I have that confidence and swagger that I used to have back in my college football days! I currently take ALL of the YOR Health product except the complete burn.
