Lo logré!!! 10 Kgs. Menos, mejor salud y ánimo excepciónal. Empecé el reto pesando 140 Kgs. Terminé con 130 Kgs. Tal vez no sea mucho pero ha sido por decisión propia, al comenzar el reto mi salud estaba mermada por completo y mi ánimo por el suelo, el reto no solo me ha mejorado en la salud física también en la emocional pues me siento fantástico, ahora sé que lo que me proponga lo puedo lograr pues el reto ha significado un cambio en mi estilo de vida, en nutrirme de manera correcta, no preocuparme sino ocuparme de mi salud y entender que el mejor proyecto soy yo mismo y que todo esto me ayuda a sacar la mejor versión de mi mismo.
