Hola concluido mi ciclo de reto les comparto que estoy muy contenta porque no sólo se ha hecho un estilo de vida para mi, el reto me encanta porque me hace romper límites y ahora he hecho cosas que jamás imagine.
He creado una disciplina para tomar el control de mi salud y cada pequeño esfuerzo diario ha tenido sus resultados, ahora como mejor más saludable y 5 veces al día, hago ejercicio de lunes a viernes una rutina diaria de Crossfit mi rendimiento y condición ha mejorado y en este ciclo de pesar 53,300 quede en 52,300 baje un kg de grasa y siento mi cuerpo más fuerte y firme.
