Hi! I'm Suzy Wan. Since entering into my 40"s, my metabolism has been slowing down resulting in weight and inches creeping on and lower energy level. I've been wanting to shed those extra inches of fat in my mid-section and get more toned which has always been a struggle. Getting on the 8 week challenge helped me to really Focus and Commit at a higher level. Doing the Challenge with my friends made it a lot for fun and doable. I was excited each week as i dropped about a 1lb a week and total 8 lb in 8 week - hitting my goal and dropping one size down. My regimen: 2 shakes a day, 2 SG, and all the other supplements plus 3 smaller healthier meals with mostly protein and veggies. So, in totall i had 5 small meals about every 3-4 hrs. Weekly excercise regimen- 2 strength training classes, jogging couple of times and yoga 3X a week. At age 50 years, I feel healthier and more fit then ever...with these results, it really inspire me to make this a lifestyle and share with others how to Age gracefully and stay healthy and in shape to have a good quality of life.
