Hey! My name's Greg Madder, I'm 25 years old and this challenge was seriously a massive test mentally and physically! I've been so passionate about being an example in health and fitness my whole life, but especially since a time in my life when I was 18 years old and in the same week my lung collapsed and my mum lost a 4 year battle with cancer. This really gave me a wake up call to how important our health is and I want to be an example to inspire others to strive for the amazing vibrant health we all deserve!
During this challenge I went through multiple injuries to my neck and shoulders, however I was able to persevere and keep pushing through. I'm truly happy with the progress as I've taken all of my training to a whole other level which is an amazing foundation to keep building on.
I started off at 73kg and 12% body fat and by the end of the challenge I hit my goal weight of 75kgs and went down to 8.9% body fat! I also was able to achieve my goal of finally being able to do a muscle up! I'm also very close to doing hand stand push ups without needing a wall for safety too :)
My training mainly consisted of a mixture of weights, HIIT and body weight training, 6 days a week.
I take the YOR Supergreens, YOR Fibre and two YOR Multi Vitamins first thing every morning, then take my YOR Digest before each cooked meal, YOR Berry Blast when needed or before a workout, then YOR Probiotic, YOR Repair and another two YOR Multi Vitamins before bed, they continue to be an absolute game changer and never go a day without them! I recently got back on the repairs and they've made such a huge difference to my recovery and quality of sleep :)
Thanks to the challenge I'm still very focused on my goals and continue to gain new mental and physical strength every day, which transfers into every single part of my life from my relationships to my business and everything in between!
