Me llamo María José y mi vida cambio por completo hace 8 semanas! Nunca había estado tan decidida en bajar de peso hasta que vi que a una de mis amigas le funcionó el producto y no dude en contactarla... Compre el paquete Adelgaza y lo tomaba de la siguiente manera: por las mañanas despierto a las 6:45 y me tomo el Probiotics con el estomago vacio, a las 9 tomaba el licuado ya sea con un platano aunque mayormente con fresas! Sabe delicioso, a media manana tomaba un plato de fruta ( papaya, melon) a la 1:20 tomo el digest antes de comer, procuro comer balanceado: polllo asado, pescado, carne, verdura o un poco de arroz, pero siempre cuidandome. A media tarde tomo un plato de pepino, jicama o zanahoria y mi berry blast.. A las 8 vuelvo a tomar mi licuado . Nunca pase hambre!!! No deje de hacer ejercicio, corro 5 kms diarios.

No se trata de bajar Kilos de agua o musculo, yo baje Kilos de grasa, por consiguiente baje medidas :)
Empece en 86.6 y acabe en 80 kg
