Hi my name is Vill Villapando and I am 26 years old. I work as a Registered Nurse full time in Intensive Care and currently commenced my Personal Training course.

Initially I wanted to try YOR Health products and see the difference it has compared to other supplement products on the market. Since I'm on the products, I thought I may as well attempt my first 8 week challenge.

Being on 12 hour shift work, it was difficult to maintain a good diet as break times are determined on how busy the intensive care unit was and it was also hard to have a well rested body when out of work as shifts rotate between days and nights.

Using the products have definitely assisted in aspects of supplementation for my diet and has given me a more energetic lifestyle.

I was 72kg prior to starting this 8 week challenge. Since then I have surpassed my goal weight of 65kg and now currently 64kg.

The products and regime I used to get my final results are as follows:
- super greens, fibre plus and berry blast pre breakfast
- essential vitamins with breakfast
- digest ultra and essential vitamins with lunch
- digest ultra and essential vitamins with dinner
- repair ultra and MRP post training
- probiotic ultra and repair ultra for overnight

My main exercises consisted of weight training for the first 4 weeks. I used this method to gain so size, maintain strength and develop power. The second half of the challenge, I introduced exercises consisting of kickboxing and crossfit with weight training to maintain cardio and conditioning to a high standard. I would train 5 times a week. Average sessions would be 30-60 minutes depending on type of workouts I'm completing. I would double up on some days if time would allow it and if friends were eager to train.

Thanks to the YOR Health 8 week challenge, I am as strong if not stronger than when I was at 72kg, I have much higher cardio/stamina, I am as energetic as ever and I definitely feel healthier and refreshed inside and out.
