Before I weight 148 to 150 when i started the challenge. After using the products Im at my goal which is 135, and Im still losing more too. To get to my goal weight I started using the mrp, complete burn, digestive, repair, supergreen, vitamin, probiotic, but mostly the mrp and complete burn I use the most. Thats what I really use at the end to get to my final weight mrp and complete burn.
I take complete burn on empty stomach every morning before I head out to work, which is 4 o'clock in the morning. then I drink a scoop of mrp or sometimes (rarely) one scoop of super. When I get to work I don't drink another scoop or two of mrp till 9 or 10. But I snack in between which are fruits or chips (hot cheetos). I also drink a lot of water because of burning a lot of calories.
When I get home from work I take a shower and spend time with the family for a couple of hours, then start working out for an hour or so. But for the first two week of the challenge I was eating a lot and only working out once or twice a week. And I notice I was getting good results. So the last six weeks I started to work out when I have the time.
What impact me with the transformation is I feel great and have way more energy level then I had before. my body is able to endure for a longer time before i get tired or hungry again, because of nutrition Im able to absorb gives me a tremendous amount of energy to stay strong mind and body. And my awareness has also increase where I'm not tired while I working.
