I was a little reluctant to try the products at first but I had to try something. I had recently got stuck in a rut where I became down in the dumps as I had a recurring back injury slow me down & therefor due to lack of exercise I put on weight & was struggling to find the motivation to get it off & i was willing to try anything to get back into shape. Started taking the Yor Health Go Green set & felt amazing within the first few days I was sleeping better, waking up refreshed & overall just felt energetic. I would stick to my healthy eating throughout the week along side taking my products & included a little exercise but mentally I still wasn't in the right space & continued my bad habits once the weekend came around! Despite my self sabotage with my bad eating habits I'm happy to see the changes that have been made in my body I may not have reached my goal weight but I'm feeling a lot better within myself so I will power on again & see what can happen when I put in 110%. I would take 1 probiotic ultra when I woke up, vitamins + fibre with breakfast, digest ultra + vitamins with lunch, super greens + berry blast pre workout & digest ultra + vitamins with dinner!
