I have constantly struggled throughout my adult life to live a healthy happy life. My background is in nursing so I would always forgo a healthy meal for something quick and easy. My exercise was minimal and I just felt low all the time.
Back in February I began doing crossfit classes and although I was feeling a lot better with doing just that I was struggling to see the results that I wanted. When I was introduced to yor health I began taking all of the products. I began to see that I had so much more energy to be able to get to the classes so early in the morning and was still able to last throughout the day at work. Then after 2 weeks I began to notice that after I ate a meal, I wasn't getting bloated and I was feeling fuller quicker.
Both my husband and I started the 8 week challenge together which gave me even more motivation to keep going. I have to admit though that I was pretty slack with my eating. Although I was eating pretty good, we had a lot of occasions where we ate out. This started to worry me, thinking I wasn't going to have the best results, I even got angry when my husband first took the after photo. I didn't see any difference until I saw the side by side. This Is a true testament that the products really do make a dramatic difference. This is only the beginning and I couldn't be happier with the results so far. Here's to the future!!!!!
