Hola! Inicié este reto pesando 60 kilos, y lo terminé pesando 58.9 kilos.
Por las mañanas tomo las repair, después mi malteada con fibra, a media mañana mi super greens, como normalmente como siempre lo he hecho pero acompañando mi comida de 1 digest; a las 5:00 aproximadamente tomo un berry blast y a las 7:00 mi yor shake, en la noche ceno algo ligero.
