I was the kind of person that thought i could never be fat, but in August 2009 i realized i could by noticing i was 90 kg. I started to do exercise but first of all making a discipline i never had before. Waking up earlier than usual to make exercise and doing it everyday.
Then I started using Yor Products, MRP in the morning, UltraDigest in every food, Super Green and Fiber combined after lunch. I started to drink more water than i usually have in my life.
Diet was the most difficult part of doing this challenge, stop eating bread or milk was a little bit painful but i started seeing results and i liked it.
Sports became easier due to lossen wieght and i started feeling better, now i can set an example and will continue being an example to other people, mainly because i come from a family that has overweight problems.
And i really thank my mom and my brother that took this challenge for life with me, and it was really great to see my mom doing exercise after 30 years of not doing it. I think attitude motivates others to do what you are doing. And I think YOR is a perfect way of doing it.
