Hola a todos!!! Final de mi primer RETO, estoy muy emocionado ya que cumplí en un 94.40 % mi meta!! (188 lbs al iniciar y 177.44 lbs al final) es algo increíble para mi ya que me costaba mucho trabajo tener rutinas de ejercicio, el participar en el reto me ha hecho que me enfoque y no deje de hacer ejercicio y comer sano!

Me tomaba al levantarme los Probioticos, Repair y las Vitaminas y después desayunaba la malteada. Digest Ultra después de comer. Uso Supergreens con agua helada para estarme hidratando en el Gimnasio junto con Berry Blast si no era muy tarde cuando llegaba a hacer ejercicio.

El enfoque que me da el estar en el RETO y aun mas los cambios que veo en mi cuerpo me hace sentir muy bien, con ganas de seguir trabajando para mejorar cada día mas y mas. Definitivamente a cambiado mi vida, noto los cambios, las demás personas lo están notando y eso me hace querer permanecer en cambios constantes!!
