My Name is Lelauloto Tagaloa. I'm a rugbyleague player based in the UK but was born and grew up in a little island in the South Pacific called Samoa.
I moved to the UK early this year 2014 as I was contracted to play rugby league for Sheffield Eagles. Upon arrival I was struggling with training mainly because I was unfit. I gain alil bit of weight from the Xmas holidays so had to get back in shape.
Through hard rugby training and personal gym training, I was making progression but was slow. Two months back I was introduced to yor health by a former team mate playing rugbyleague as well in the UK. At first it was the business side that caught my attention because I am not financially well off nor my family and where I'm from.
