This challenge, was a more difficult one for me as I was not as consistent as I could have been. I used MRP, SuperGreens, Fiber Plus and Berry Blast for my shakes in the morning, each and every day.
I ate normal lunches as I work at an office job, and found the most inconsistent areas here. Sometimes, I would do a great job and pack my lunches, eat grilled chicken breast, brown rice, and steamed vegetables. Other times, I found myself eating out, having burritos, sandwiches, fried foods, and whatnot. That was the area where I could have improved and disciplined myself the most. Of course, along with that, I regularly took my digestive enzymes with each meal.
I am frequenting the gym about 2-3 times a week, using Berry Blast and Muscle Energy occasionally with my workouts. I would also take another MRP with SuperGreens after my workout as a recovery shake. I probably could have gotten to my goal weight if I was more consistent with eating cleaner, and exercising a little bit more. I've accomplished this once before, and the next challenge, I look forward to start getting myself sculpted.
