hello Yor Health Community, My name is Joel Parkinson I am 31years of aged from Brisbane Australia. This is my 2nd Cycle and I started at 114Kilos, my goal weight was to hit 110kilo which I succeeded in doing, my final weigh in was at 110,6. The first few weeks of this cycle was hard because I thought I wasn't getting any where intill I got some advice for my diet and exercising. as I was doing the same routine in cycle 1 my body had adjusted to that and got used to it so I had to change my diet and my work out plan. This was a long process so I had to be patient, but it started to pay off in the end. Il be ready for cycle 3. I used every products daily. MRP. Priobotic,supergreens and berry blast in the morning, and for lunch and dinner I would have digestive with my meals and then priobotic before I went to sleep. Due to work commitments I could of lost abit more weight. Just would like to say thankyou to everyone that was involed in helping me through cycle 2.
