Hola familia YOR, estoy super emocionado y contento por mis resultados gracias al reto YOR Best Body. Mi nombre es Rodrigo Sotomayor tengo 20 años y decidí hacer el reto para cambiar mi aspecto físico ya que estaba arto de verme al espejo y no sentirme bien conmigo mismo. En este reto baje 5kg y me siento mejor que nunca.
Lo mas dificil de todo fue disciplinarme a ir al gimnasio 5 dias a la semana, la primera semana crei que me iba a doler todo el cuerpo pero el Repair ayudo bastante y con cada semana que pasaba se iba haciendo cada vez mas facil, definitiva mente lo mas sencillo fue tomarme los productos, hacerme la malteada por la mañana es mucho mas rapido y rico que cualquier otro desayuno.
