Estoy muy conteta porque logre mi meta que era estar mas saludable y definir mi silueta, mi peso inicial era de 57 kg. y el final de 54 baje los 3 kg que me habia propuesto. les voy a platicar de mi rutina diaria al levantarme tomo los probioticos que como me han ayudado con la inflamacion, a las 8:00 a.m la malteada, a las 12:00 super greens con berry blast, con la comida yor digest ultra y a la hora de la cena una rica malteada. En cuanto al ejercicio me hubiera gustado hacer mas pero debido a mi horario de trabajo se me complica un poco he hecho yoga o pilates 1 o 2 veces a la semana. El reto es una experiencia unica en mi vida que no solo quiero que dure 8 semanas si no que se convierta en mi estilo de vida, ya que no solo han sido cambios fisico tambien mi estado de animo y mi forma de ver las cosas ha mejorado.
