En este reto de 8 semanas comence en un peso de 78kgs y ahora estoy en 77.800, poco a poco estoy mas cerca de mi meta de reducir porcentaje de masa corporal y aunque aun falta camino por recorrer, estoy muy contento porque me mantuve en forma, mejore un poco mi apariencia fisica y mi salud y capacidad fisica esta como nunca. Mi reto lo base en Yor MRP para desayunar y depues de hacer ejercicio, fibra con el MRP por las manianas, digestivos en cada alimento solido del dia y Probioticos y Reparadores por las manianas, aunque fui inconstante con estos ultimos dos. Mis rutinas de ejercicio fueron en pormedio 4 veces por semana.

En este ultimo reto me anime a comenzar a correr, he participado en mis primeros 3 eventos de 5K, y en 1 de 10K en trail!!! estoy sorprendido de que estoy logrando resistencia en carrera que no me habia imaginado!!! Yorbestbody me esta ayudando a mantenerme en salud, ya no enfermo y mis logros en el deporte son cada vez mayores!!!
