I’ve been feeling great with YOR Health for a long time before this challenge. My weight and my daily life got a major improvement and with every accomplished goal came a better one. And mine was to gain a little more weight and sculpt because I feel was lacking the spark I had with my sports activities from years ago. I started weighing in 145 and finished the challenge at 15lbs.
As a health care provider I know how important is having a healthy life when it comes to diet and daily exercise, but even so I wasn’t feeling I was the best example. That’s why when the challenge came I didn’t have any second thoughts and decided to join and gain back all what I had left aside and enjoy again like I did before, and of course, to be one of the challenger winners!!!
My diet plan with YOR HEALTH was:
MRP, 2 scoops in the morning
Fiber, 1/2 scoop in the morning
SuperGreens, 1 scoop in the morning
Essential Vitamins, 2 in the morning and at night
Probiotics (1) and Repair (2) on an empty stomach
I did a cardio routine for 15 minutes and one hour at the gym in the morning from Monday to Friday.
I’m very happy after my first cycle, my friends look at me and see the changes, they say I look very good, but I feel even better because I’ve accomplished my goal!! Now I practice sports the way a used to, having a good physical condition, agility, strength and vigor. I also got to wear brand new clothes hadn’t worn. All this gave me back my self-esteem. Now my day is much happier and is full of challenges I know I can accomplish. I accomplished my goal of sculpting and gaining muscle This made an amazing change in my body, thank you YOR HEALTH for helping me get to the place I’m now.
