Hi my name is Mai, I joined the 8 week challenge so that I could potentially reach my target goal of having the perfect body. I'm not there yet but I am definitely on my way thanks to the Yor Health 8 week challenge and products. I've always been into sports and working out at the gym but my diet and consistency was just horrible. This challenge not only pushed me to stay strong but it gave me the willpower to resist the temptations that I couldn't before.

When I first started taking the Yor Health products I loved them instantly. But as we all do we doubt and go looking for something better. That "better" product never came to me and a few months later I ended up gaining weight/fat and becoming insecure. So I decided to take the products again and to join this challenge to prove to myself that I can get to the body that I have been wanting so bad.

When I first started the challenge I weighed 62kgs with the waist size of 79.5cms. I now weight 57kgs and my waist has reduced to 68 cms. Loosing weight wasn't my main concern, I just wanted to be under 60kgs and look my best.

I've been taking the MRP twice a day, one for breakfast or my morning tea and one after training. Super Greens, Probiotics, Vitamins and Repair every day. Along with 6 days of weight and cardio training to help me get my results.
