The YOR Best Body Challenge is only a small part of how the products have changed my life. I was actually first introduced to the YOR Health line by my brother four years ago. I needed to do a project for my senior year in high school and decided that losing weight would be ideal. Looking at it from hindsight, I was losing weight only for the sake of the project and not really committing to a healthier me. Because of that, I ended up gaining all my weight back and even more due to poor eating habits. During Thanksgiving in 2010, I remember just stuffing myself completely and not being able to move in bed. While I was lying there, a sudden realization came that I was just too fat, and that I had to make a decision to lose that weight, once and for all. At that moment, I finally admitted to myself that I had a weight problem and it’s only up to me to change my lifestyle. I honestly had no idea that my poor choices led me to being obese, and on the verge of developing Type 2 diabetes. I never stepped on a scale because I was too afraid to face the realization of how much I really weighed. Looking back at past photos of myself, it is very possible that I weighed around 380 pounds in November of 2010, or potentially even over 400 pounds. The fact that I was obese made me feel less human because I had no energy, no confidence, and no drive to do anything in life.

In 2011, I got back to the gym and started using the YOR Health line again, mainly just the MRP and CompleteBurn, and undoubtedly started seeing results. Friends and family started to notice and I started to have more confidence in myself. Even at this point, I still wasn’t really committing myself to the fullest. It wasn’t until November of 2012 when I wanted to stop hovering around the 265-270 pound mark, and that I needed to recommit to myself even further. By January of 2013, I was down to 252 pounds, but only using a few of the products. I decided to purchase more products, and of all places, I ended up looking on eBay. It must have been meant to be, because coincidentally, the person that had introduced my brother to YOR Health four years ago, was the same person that was offering the products online. He had recognized my last name and got me the products I was looking for. Thank goodness, this is the same person that introduced my brother to YOR Health, or else I would still have issues losing the weight I needed to lose. As I see it, everything had come full circle with Kevin Chou introducing the products to my brother in 2009, to me gaining that weight back after my senior project, and my brother still having products for me to use when I really needed it. Now, beginning in 2013, Kevin, who introduced my brother to the company, got me involved as well, which was a big reason why I am now proud to say I’ve been able to lose 22 pounds within the last two months.


Over these past two months I’ve used the products everyday from the Probiotics, to CompleteBurn, the MRP, Supergreens, fiber, and the Essential Vitamins. I had committed myself to go to the gym 3-5 times every single week. I was not going to let myself become complacent or procrastinate losing weight. Finally I have been able to see the results that I have been waiting for when using all of the products together.

The impact that this challenge has made on my life is profound. Even when I was obese and overweight I was a very competitive person, but this challenge made me actually even more inspired to lose the weight I needed to lose. The challenge put my mind and body to a test that I have never done physically or mentally before—to see if I could get the motivation to do something that I needed to do, and with 22 pounds of lost weight, I would say that it has. But the challenge has not changed my life in the same way that YOR Health has, because without this company, I would have no idea where I would be at this point without the products. I can say that if it wasn’t for YOR Health, I may have never been able to find the motivation from within to finally lose the weight I needed to lose to become a healthy person again. But to say to “become a healthy person again” is misleading because I know for the first time in my life I am healthy and becoming healthier everyday and putting my bad eating habits and laziness behind me. The person who originally introduced my older brother to the products, then re-introduced me to the products to use together, has truly changed my life. It is hard to say one person changed my life, but without him introducing my brother to the products, my brother would not have been able to introduce me to the products. I can honestly say YOR Health not only changed my life, but also saved my life from potential health issues, and conditions associated with obesity. This was not just a challenge for me for only two months, but a challenge to truly change the course of my life forever.
