At the start of the challenge I was 83kg with 13% body fat, 8 weeks later I am now 77kg with 7% body fat. I was a big fan of the Berry Blast that Yor Health had to offer. This product was ideal for me as I enjoy doing a mixture of weights and cardio training every morning before I go to work. I would take a single serving 30 minutes before every work out. Berry Blast was ideal for me as it has fantastic extracts to enhance my fat loss throughout my work outs. I would also like to mention this product (unlike many pre- workout supplements) gave me no feel of a crash effect, which was ideal for me to carry on with my day without feeing tired. The Yor Health challenge has made a positive difference to my life, it has given me a wake up call to my own fitness.
