Hello and thank you for viewing my yor journey..

My name is sherrie anne.. I am 24 years old and have been using the yor products since the start of 2014.

I was amazed by the changes I felt in my body by the go greens pack.. As I am a shift worker my body is always feeling fatigued.. After being introduced to the go green pack I immediately felt a lift in my daily presence..and healthier in the insides.

My friends always encouraged me to do the 8 week challenge but I was always self conscious about posting body pictures of myself to the public.. but I recently decided to take responsibility for myself and step outside of my comfort zone and do the challenge to prove to myself and gain confidence in myself to a better me.

I drank supergreens in the mornings to lift me up and start the day with the nutrients I need.. along with fibre.

In the afternoons between lunch and dinner I will have yor mrp to give me added protein and fill me up to get ready for gym training.. and if needed yor berry blast for a extra energy hit.

Each day I will regularly also take yor vitamins to help with my immune system.. As there is no time to get sick while in a challenge!

During the challenge I learnt more about my body then I have in the past..
I used to think eating less will give me the body I want..
But in fact filling your body with the nutrients and healthy foods along with daily physical activity is what gives you the body you want..

Yor best body challenge has been the first step on my fitness goals..
And I will continue to do these challenges to push me to reach my ultimate goals.
