Hi Everyone!

I am so glad to have committed to the 8 week challenge and achieving the best results with the help of the Yor Health product range. The main products used were the MRP, supergreens, berry blast, fiber and digest ultra.

MRP was my main source for a lean snack and post workout protein shake. Usually taken every morning just after breakfast and after an intense workout :) The fibre I mixed with my shakes to make sure I was cleaning the insides of my body regularly.

Supergreens and berry blast aka super blast was taken every morning without fail, to give me the extra energy throughout the day whilst akalising my blood.

The digest ultra was crucial for me taking these capsules for every lunch and dinner. This was to ensure the food I was eating was broken down properly, all the nutrients absorbed.

My exercise regime ranged from 3-4 days at the gym. Working on specific muscle groups and targetting certain areas.

Overall, this challenge has helped me look and feel so much better. The challenge has motivated me to keep on striving to better myself and help motivate the people around me.
