My name is Missy (Maureen) & I'm 31 yrs old from SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA.
Joining the YORHEALTH challenge has been one of the BEST things I've ever done in my life!!!
Before joining the 8 week challenge I was going to the gym 3-4 times a week on & off, trying new & different weight loss pills, counting calories & experimenting with different diet fads. As a lover of food, nothing ever lasted & I would FAIL MAJORLY!!! Instead of losing weight I was putting on weight!! My self-esteem plummeted to a whole new low! I was beginning to lose all hope that I was ever going to lose weight & return to my ideal/goal weight of 57kg. The last time I weighed in at 57kg was 5 years ago.
I was extremely embarrassed & frustrated at myself for letting myself get to this point & hated what I saw in the mirror. I tried everything I could to hide my weight. I would wear loose/big clothes & avoided wearing colours. I never wanted to go shopping because I was so depressed. As far as I was concerned I didn't deserve to buy new & nice clothes, after all I was too fat & overweight!
My sister & brother in law had recently signed up as YORHEALTH promoters & saw how depressed I was & how much I was struggling with my weight. They introduced me to the products & showed me results of their own. As I trusted them & was soooooooo IMPRESSED with their results I signed up.
Over the last 8 weeks, I vowed to take & follow my regime & YORHEALTH products religiously. & I'm happy to say for the first time, I lasted!!!! Yay!!!
I would go to the gym 5-6 days a week (5:30am) & would have my YOR Probiotics Ultra pill upon rising. I also took my berry blast prior to going to the gym. (Talk about a wake up/energy boost) :)
Post gym- I would have my MRP for breakfast & if I was still hungry would have oats/peice of fruit.
With a healthy lunch & dinner I would take my YOR digest Ultra pilI. Sometimes I wasn't very hungry so I would just have a MRP. I got into the habit of preparing healthy lunches & dinners & replaced junk food cravings with my MRP. This definitely helped me with surviving those super long days where cravings were the hardest! (Thank goodness for MRP shakes)
8 weeks on, I've never felt better! My energy levels have sky rocketed, I feel happier & healthier & I'm loving my new & healthy lifestyle. I've become quite the shopaholic again haha. I love going to the gym, eating healthy meals, & no longer have cravings for fast foods or unhealthy snacks! (This is big for me especially because 8 weeks ago that's who & what I was about).
When I started this challenge 8 weeks ago, I weighed in at 70kg. Today I'm so happy to say I'm 64.5kg & feel amazing!!!! I know I still have a long way to go to reach my goal weight (57kg) but with the YOR health Products I have no doubt In my mind I will get there!
I'm very excited about the future & my journey.
I will forever be grateful to my sister & my brother in law for introducing me to the YORHEALTH family!!!!
It's honestly changed my life in more ways than you think!
