Me encanta el reto YOR Best Body porque siempre me da la oportunidad de mejorar día a día.
He logrado bajar un par de kilos de grasa y he ganado nada muscular, mi cuerpo comienza a tonificarse y mi energía y actitud cambiaron para bien considerablemente.
El reto me ha ayudado a crear nuevos y mejores hábitos alimenticios, ha hecho que el ejercicio sea una actividad que hoy disfruto al máximo y definitivamente he descubierto los grandes beneficios por tomar constantemente los suplementos de YOR, han renovando todo mi cuerpo de adentro hacia afuera.
