Hola soy una mujer de 52 anos y para mi este reto es una nueva etapa en mi vida y me encanta ya que como verán a esta edad mi metabolismo es más lento y tengo que lidiar con los efectos de la menopausia pero Néstor no me detiene a seguir con mis retos.
Mi peso era de 159 y dolo baje una libra ya que al principio no fui muy disciplinada 158. Pero lo que sí note fueron las lonjas se van haciendo menos, otra cosa que noté fue que tengo más resistencia con los ejercicios que hago los cuales don ahora : correr hasta 7 millas. Zumba. Natación . Bicicleta en montana y también el alpinismo.
Lo que yo tomaba era 2 repair un quemador y por último mi súper verde con fibra en la manana .
Por supuesto digestivas con todos mis alimentos
