Hi YorHealth! I'm Leslie. I am super excited for the beginning of this new transformation. I recently moved to NYC from the suburbs of Baltimore. It has been extremely challenging adjusting to the city lifestyle. I travel frequently and work long hours so I "barely had time" to cook and make it to gym. Excuses, right? My nutrition previously consisted of a lot of junky take out!
I randomly met my YorHealth sponsor at a Starbucks in midtown and little did I know he was about to change my life! I started my first cycle and I was very skeptical. When I attended a local YorHealth info session I was amazed by the transformations. I witnessed a sense of energy and just wanted to be part of it! After that session I decided to go full throttle during my second cycle!
During my second cycle I worked out three times a day and increased my protien intake in my nutrition. My daily regimen included YOR Digestive Enzymes 2xs, YOR Probiotics 1x, YOR Repair 1x, and YOR MRP 2x as a meal enhancement. I absolutely love the taste of MRP.
