Good morning, my YOR Health journey has been a sensational experience!

In 2012 my health started to plunge! I had severe anaemia, needing iron infusions every three months to keep my body functioning! I needed B12 injections at least every 6 months. Throughout the challenge I had a health check-up, I am no longer classified at anaemic and for the time being no iron infusions or B 12 injections needed!

In 2012 I had my beautiful little Miss E, unfortunately I also gained a massive 15 kg. As time went by unhealthy living took over. 2014 was here before we knew it and we welcomed our little prince Mr J into the world with another 5kg that I could loose!

I decided to ring a gorgeous friend who had completed the 8 week challenge and has now taken 1st place in the sculpt division for 2014! She filled me with inspiration and products knowledge; two months later I joined the challenge! I set myself a goal to loose 10kg and start eating healthier!

Week 1 - I LOST 7 KG!!

I decided to up my goal as I was almost there in week one! My new goal was to shed 20kg! I used the MRP for breakfast and dinner! I was so grateful I did not go hungry! That was my main fear! I had lots of protein snacks to fulfil my hunger during the day and an amazing support group filled with my family and previous challengers! I did not attend a gym as I lack time but tried to walk with the pram (25 kg) to push up hills, but hey I didn't get to do that all the time either.

I have lost a total of 13kg to date and a HUGE 50 cm from my waist and thighs! Although I didn’t reach my second goal I couldn't be more proud that I stuck the 8 weeks out!

I love that YOR health is NOT just a diet its a lifestyle! Something that is not hard to follow! I love how easy breakfast is in the morning and that I have so much more time to prepare nutritional meals for my family; This is a massive part of what inspired me to keep going! I wake up in the morning feeling SO great, refreshed and ready to run around with my kids! Before YOR health I was on countdown until nap time so I could lay down to!

My health, my lifestyle my appearance couldn't be any better for my situation! I have a complete new attitude to go with my new look and I have YOR health and my amazing support network to thank!
